MDL was approached by Charles Dwyer, the skipper of 'Yanneke Too', a 120ft schooner regarding the replacement of the teak decks. This was by far the most complicated and detailed deck MDL has undertaken to date. Added to this, the job was to be done on the island of Langkawi in Malaysia.
The deck area was 89 sq.mtrs using Sika 298 teak decking system. The job was to be completed to a very high standard and within a very tight time frame. MDL started the 8 week contract early February 2004.
The job was completed on time and on budget with absolutely no compromise on quality. S.Y. ‘Yanneke Too’ is a very high profile vessel that spends much of its time in & around Asia.
